    Hello,

Can you install the latest version of the plugin and test by creating a new Calculator Form? THe latest version is 3.1.95. Please provide more details with screenshots as well, in case if the issue will be in the new calculator form as well on your site.

    Cheers

I have tried it with newest update and its still not working. All those fields having auto assinged names in double letters (AA,AC etc) simply dont calculate any value entered and its rendering complete calculator unusable as soon as you enter any number in those fields the calculator wouldnt work and render all other fields as if nothing was entered in them. Same issue persists from the backen as well.

Things were working fine on 3.1.90 with only one downside being the calculations were not being done simultaneously (as soon as a number was entered into any field) and then came your 3.1.91 update which had feature of simultaneous updation. I was exited and updated ASAP and latter realized that few of my calculators with user input fields with auto assigned Id in double letters were not working. They were simply not giving any output, it was like nothing was being entered. And the issue still persists with latest 3.1.95 update. I have attached screen shotof it not working, the complete calculator doesnt work. (Please note that other calculators with field ID in single letters are working fine.)
Plese fix the bug ASAP and make a mention of the specific error in the new release so that I can update it. (I have to downgrade to 3.1.90 to keep it working and I am missing the simultaneous update feature)

Unfortunately, it is not clear what exact element we should check with the latest version of the plugin. Please create a new sample form and provide exact details of what exact element we should check, we will need to better understand your request in order to provide details to our QA department. Thank you in advance!

    Best regards

I am attaching an exported copy of that calculator, you can run it on your device to take a look (It doesnt work when a number is entered in field named “Class 12%” or any of the fields below). Kindly fix this bug ASAP.

Thank you for the shared details, I already forwarded this case to our QA engineers, it is under the testings with dev as well, in case if this will be global issue, the fix will be included in the coming updates of the plugin as soon as possible

    Best regards
