Bug in Player Stats / Player List?

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry again for the trouble.

This looks like an issue in your data. Do you have any adjustments for this player? What happens when you set all of his matches as drafts?

That should show you at least which event (or events) are adding more than one to that count.

Is there a quick way to find all of a player’s matches?

Go to Sportspress settings and then the Players tab. In the layout section if you ensure Matches is checked then you’ll see all the matches the player has played in below his profile.

This means changing your site temporarily – not sure there is a way of seeing this info behind the scenes.

I figured it out.

The player played in two games for another team this season (2017), and moved to my team mid-season.

It’s not possible to separate mid-season transfers in player stats, so when I edit the player and adjust his league appearances from 15 to 13, all is good.

However for some reason it adds 13 in the Player List stats.

Is mid-season transfers something that is coming?

Actually the mid-season transfers is something we are already discussing internally. We won’t implement it in our next release (2.5) because it’s quite of a big change internally and we want to make sure we have enough time to check all the implications and make sure it has backwards compatibility.

But you can expect it coming soon.

Unfortunately for now, we don’t have a solution for this, and manual adjustments are required.

Unfortunately no, as we have just launched 2.5. We’ll work on the fixes for this one (2.5.1 should be out soon with bugfixes) and as soon as we have these fixes done we’ll start working on the next release.
