Can you try deactivating your plugins to explore whether any are responsible? If none are then it might be an issue with your theme. To explore this, keep all your plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme. Does the issue persist?

thank you we follow all what you said sir , we found that woocommerce give us that issue , and woocommerce it’s take caching the things and we updated woocommerce to the latest version and we found woocommerce give the same issue in our site …. :'(
