    Hi @kelixirr,

From what I understand, you’re facing an issue with the latest version of WooCommerce – it’s not supporting payment gateways and is showing an error message that says “There are no payment methods available.” I can see how this could be worrying, especially if you’ve set everything up correctly.

To help you out and delve deeper into this issue, I’ve personally run tests on the problem using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and our free Storefront theme, all with no other plugins enabled. Sadly, I couldn’t replicate the issue, which hints that the problem might be unique to your setup.

In order for us to diagnose and fix this issue, could you give us more details? We’d particularly need to know which payment gateways you’re using and the checkout method you’ve set up. Are you using shortcodes ([woocommerce_checkout]) or the Block-Based Checkout with Checkout Block?

Also, it would be of great help if you could share your site’s System Status report. This report will offer us an in-depth view of your site’s setup and could possibly help us pinpoint the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, kindly share those as well. You’ll find them in under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve collected this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

Hello there, I just received your email and to my surprised I did not know that woo-commerce default pages are now using block editor. The issue was due to new block editor page. The page gateways of various plugins were not showing. I have managed to resolved the issue by replace the block editor with the shortcode. Now everything is working properly.

To anyone facing this issues in woocommerce ““There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.” Just be relaxed and make sure to create default woocommerce pages with the help of shortcode for payment gateway plugins to render in the frontend

    Hi @kelixirr,

Thank you for getting back to us and for sharing your solution. I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by replacing the block editor with the shortcode. Your insights are very valuable and will surely be helpful to other users who might be experiencing the same problem.

It’s true that WooCommerce now uses the Cart and Checkout Blocks for its default pages, which may not be compatible with all payment gateway plugins. Using the shortcode for the payment gateway, as you did, is a great workaround for this.

For anyone else experiencing this issue, you can check the list of supported payment gateways for our Cart and Checkout Blocks here: ?? Cart and Checkout Blocks: Supported Payment Gateway.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

Hope you have a fantastic day!
