Bug in event link input field and select

    In one of the last updates i’ve found a bug (maybe a javascript issue) in event backend page. I’m no longer able to fill link event input and select dropdown. Moreover all the info “bubble-tooltip” are broken.
    The problem came up between 4.2.1 and 4.2.4 releases.
