Bug in dropdown menu style

Hi,

I have just installed the plugin and created a very simple contact form with a dropdown menu. Without any customisations to the design, just out of the box, the dropdown menu isn’t shown correctly. Basically the arrow which has an absolute position is on the top right corner of the page but not inside the dropdown / select item.

It took me a bit to figure it out, but essentially the span containing the <select> is missing a position relative.

Update: after further investigating the code, this could also be caused by my theme.
