Bug in Dashboard view

When I activate the plugin (version 4.3.23, used in a multisite environment if important to know) I see in the Dashboard view in the “At a Glance” window following thing as text:

<style>#dashboard_right_now .wp-appbox a:before { content: "\f108" !important; }</style><li class="page-count wp-appbox"><a href="options-general.php?page=wp-appbox&tab=cache-list">38 Apps im Cache</a></li>

I think that this content should shown as html but not as plain text.
