Bug in Business Profile Location

Hi,
Something very strange is happening with my Restaurant Reservations Notifications…
So we originally had two locations and both were receiving admin emails fine.
Two years ago, one branch had a fire and closed.
I then disabled multi locations in Business Profile and ran with just the one location on Booking Manager.The second site has finally reopened and I am now trying to reinstate the second restaurant again as a booking location. However, the restaurant email is not receiving admin emails.
There seems to be some sort of bug in the system.
We have two branches “Cockfosters” and “Whetstone”.
I have been doing some trial and error: So under Locations I have deleted both branches and tried creating a new location “Cockfosters New”.
What I have discovered is on the booking form itself it is still displaying the original Cockfosters.
So now under locations I can see in the drop down box: Cockfosters; Cockfosters New.
In WordPress admin under locations I have only Cockfosters New.
How do I delete the original Cockfosters location??
In Locations under Business Profile it no longer exists!
Would anyone be able to tell me how to enter the backend database so that I can remove this rogue location which does not send admin emails?Thank you for your help,
