Bug : If field type is “Select”, From 2nd “Default value” disappears.

    This is presumed to be a bug.

    When I select field type is “Select”,

    I can set the “Default value” for each field.
    But more than one not be stored.

    As you can see from the attached image,
    There are four fields, but “Default value” can only be saved on the first line.

    For the 2nd “Default value”, enter the second line and save it, but it disappears on its own.

    This can be easily reproduced on your part.

    How can fix it?
