for anyone else reading this, Tobias has contacted us via email with more information and we’re busy investigating why it’s not working for him (doesn’t seem to be related to Flatsome or WP Super cache).

Thank you for investigation, what do you need from my site and side to solve the issue?

We need to find whether this is a plugin conflict or a PHP error. As I emailed you, the first thing we (you) should do is disable all plugins except WooCommerce & Bulk Order form, so we can exclude plugin conflicts. If you then still have the error, You can switch to one of the default themes to see if that resolves the issue (it woks with Flatsome in our own test environment).

This leads to two possible solution paths:

    1. If it’s a plugin conflict we can enable the plugins on the site one by one to find the conflicting plugin, then look into why it’s conflicting to see if we can resolve this on our end
    2. If it’s theme related, we should look at theme customizations (functions.php) or anything else that is not standard in the setup.

Anything you find in your PHP error logs would also be extremely helpful.

Let me know what you find!

@tobias_conrad did you get around to testing the above? I’d love to help resolve this but I need a bit more information to work with!

Tobias contacted me via email and the issue turned out to be caused by a custom plugin on his site. Once deactivated everything worked ??

I have added your plugin and when typing in an item no. to add…it requires to me click that product in the field…can it not be i type in the item number and then tab over to qty….so that this is a quick add field….it takes time to load and find the product and then i need to click that product even though i have already typed in the item number…which then slowa down the process…or at least my set up is working like this…any advice to help with this?

it’s enter to confirm, tab to cancel (go to the next field).

Please open a new thread on this forum if you have questions or issues with the plugin, the issues from this thread have been resolved and separating the questions helps us all and doesn’t disturb the original poster ??

    Thanks!

my case is solved. thank you.

Yeah, the problem is the load time for the product it’s supposed to be quick/instant ….hence if one could move on to qty by tab then they would not need to wait for it to load…..uline.com solved the issue bu doing quick add by you enter the item and the details for come up in a third column and you don’t need to wait and can tab straight to qty and move super fast…speed is important.
