Bug? headers already sent by…

Hello,
this plugin is nice, exactly what i need, thanx 4 your work!

But (with last 3.5 version of WordPress?) it’s seems there is a problem with some functions:

when i do:
/?wpapi=get_posts&dev=1&count=2&page=1
(all is ok without &count=2&page=1)

i have at the end of json output:

Any report of that?
Is there a fix?
