Over the weekend Greenshift autoupdated from 6.3 to 6.4 and 6.4.3 which added a main new feature called “Visual CSS<span style=”font-size: inherit;”> grid builder</span>”.

This seems to have a bug:

If you switch from Desktop to a lower breakpoint via the block inspector of a Greenshift container then on canvas you see a lot of span elements with a “0” (zero).

    <span class="gspb_resizable_margin">0</span>

I assume these are auxiliary elements are needed for the UI which should not be visible to the user, but which due to some bug, are visible to the user.

I can’t reproduce this. Can you confirm that you use actual version >6.5?

Newest Gutenberg plugin 16.3.0 + newest Greenshift plugin 6.5.6 on my staging2 server: ? All fine. No span elements when changing breakpoint preview!

Staging1 server: version-frozen Gutenberg plugin 15.9.1 + auto updated Greenshift plugin 6.5.6. Screenshots came from this server.

Seems your Greenshift plugin relies on some functions from Gutenberg v16.

Time for me to activate auto-updating for Gutenberg on Staging1 too.

No, it doesn’t relate. But you need to use actual 6.3 wordpress, because soon we can drop support of 6.2 version because in latest wordpress, there are some breaking changes for asset loading in editor
