Bug: Full image not showing

Hello @rieiirir , thank you for your post. Can you confirm if you have added a background image and then added a rectangle shape with a gradient on top of it? You can share a screenshot of the Style tab > Page background and Filter here. If so, this would explain the gap between the gradient and the image. We suggest solving this by removing this gradient-rectangle and adding a linear filter to the background image instead. You’ll achieve the same effect without the gaps.

no any filters, only none! I just select a image as background. Even I found many other sites with the issue who using same plugin. There are no any problem, but I think this is not good for UI (user interface).

Different smartphone devices result in different screen sizes and aspect ratios. The Web Stories editor’s specific aspect ratio covers most of them, however, for some devices there will be some empty space to preserve that aspect ratio (so-called “letterboxing”). Otherwise, your content would get stretched.

i agree with your answer but in same device who are using make stories plugin and other CMS to make their web story,they don’t have this problem.

@rieiirir We are aware of the black bar at the bottom of the screen when viewing it on a smartphone device and while we may improve this in the future, it is not currently a priority. Thank you though for your feedback!
