@luckynasan Thank you for replying – the URL is unknown as it was a stock image from Unsplash just to demonstrate the issue.

@processstories I was unable to reproduce this issue when using the same image on a Chrome browser.

What browser and browser version are you currently using? Which operating device are you using as well?

Who is your hosting provider? I can try to test on a similar set up.

To confirm, were you seeing the issue after clearing all server/CDN or plugin caching?

Note this issue seems only to be occurring within some of our accounts on Process Stories (process-stories.app) and not others, as this hopefully demonstrates;

@processstories Thank you for sharing. It looks like you’re using Process Stories on top of this plugin, to create stories. Does this issue occur for when accessing the Web Stories editor from the WordPress admin side? Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to support through the Process Stories account, but if the issue occurs on the admin side we could.
