Bug for dimensions in 2.3.1?

    When I try to use this this setup:
    80|3
    240|4
    485|5|0x0x19
    485|11|0x0x2000
    1900|11
    4800|13
    9700|14
    19500|20
    29000|27

    When the cart has a weight under 485 but dimensions are over 0x0x19 I get “no shipping method available”.

    This setup works with Version 2.3.0.3
