Bug: Doesn’t work until settings are saved the first time

The $process_image_sizes in rta_admin_controller.php has default value false and is not populated with image sizes until the settings are saved the first time.

So when the plugin is run without that it will not do anything good.

Edit: Didn’t check if it’s the only thing affected by not saving settings once, might be a more general problem with that.
