bug – doesn't save informtion about popup condition between pages

hi,
i’ve noticed that even if the plugin is set to “show on all pages” this bug repeating.
i’ve set the time to 20000 ms (that’s 20 seconds), because i want the new comers to move around the site a bit before the popup will show. i’ve noticed that when i do not move from the landing page to any other page the popup is shown o.k., but if i go to another page, the popup will not show, not even after another 20 seconds.

i presume it has something to do with registering the cookie to soon, and that preventing from the popup to show once i’ve gone to another page on the site, and the cookie is already set.

any tips?
