Forgot to mention: After manually reloading the media library page, the folder is deleted.

But if that folder contained images in the past (and your plugin created a folder on disk) the empty folder persists.

Edit: Removing an image works in WordPress, but the image persists on disk.

    Version 1.1.5? Apparently not.

    Steps:

    1. Go to media library.
    2. Drag and drop an image into the window.
    3. After upload is complete, the image appears on disk.
    4. Delete image permanently in WordPress.
    5. Image remains on disk (waited a few minutes), but is removed in media library.

    Hi,

I fixed the 500 error when a WP Media Folder folder is removed.

My plugin doesn’t remove files, WordPress core does.

Please try to deactivate WP Media Folder and WP Media Folders and remove an uploaded file.
If the file is removed from the Media Manager and is still on your ftp then it could be a permission issue.

    Best regards
