I have encountered a weird issue with the latest version of TEC. When creating a new event and attempt to select a date, the date picker doesn’t pop up. I have reverted back to 4.6 and everything works fine.

Can anyone else test to see if this issue occurs with their installation?

    Hi @kevinsturf!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Are you still experiencing this issue with the datepicker? If you do, please make sure you update to the latest version of our plugin and see if any changes.

If no changes, that sounds like a Javascript conflict with your theme or another plugin. You can verify this checking if there are any console errors by inspecting the page? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/

The error could be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide >?https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?to see if any difference.

    Best,
    Victor

Thanks for getting back! But I did some digging myself and found that the plugin was having a conflict with the Yoast SEO plugin. All working well now and I guess Yoast updated their plugin for any conflicts because I’m using without an issue.
