• So, when a new user signs up, there is an ‘info’ link under their name in user list view in the admin console.

I tried to create an admin type role that can administer users, unfortunately, these users are unable to view the contents of the ‘info’ of their submitted forms.

I found the problem is due to the permission ‘manage_options’ which if I enable, then the new role I’ve created CAN view the user form submitted ‘info’ but this also allows this new user to see all of the additional wordpress plugins – not what I want.

You’ll easily be able to replicate this.

  • I’m not sure that I understand what your problem is, but there is an option to allow / prevent admin dashbord access to members.

It’s located at users-profile / (the profiloe you want to manage) / first option

“can this user access to wp-admin [yes / no]”

    Hello @vmodha

The “Review Registration Details” popup (appears when you clock an “Info” link under user name in the Users table) may contain private information. Only users who can access profiles can see this information. Verify the “Can view other member profiles?” and “Can view/access private profiles?” permissions for the custom role you created. See https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/103-user-roles-settings#profile-access

Thank you for the reply, sorry for the delay, I wasn’t getting notifications on these replies.

So I tried the both the ‘Can view other member profiles?” and “Can view/access private profiles?‘ settings. Unfortunately they didn’t do anything. What did work however is enabling the capability ‘manage_options’ which unfortunately gives them access to all of the plugins – something I don’t want to do.

Do you have any other suggestions?
