Bug: Conditional Logic not respected in backend savings

Hello Team,

I found a bug that seems similar to a previous bug from 2015.

I have visualised it in a screen capture below. What is going on: when you empty dropdown fields, and they become hidden, it does not save the “empty” selection. Please see the capture.
