1- check the: Edit Row Settings I think you have set a padding.
2- looks like you fixed it.

1. I have never set a padding ??
2. The problem is always there ?? Just click on register without write anything and move the mouse over the notification that indicates the field is required, you will see the arrow is not red but gray :p

1. I don’t see the issue on the page you’ve attached. All your fields are taking full width.

2. Please clarify what do you mean by “the arrow is not red but gray” are you referring to the mouse pointer? Why do you need red arrow?
