When editing the name of your form labels you have to hit the pencil button to change the label name and then click the check mark button to save and then click ‘update form’. However the check mark button disappears when editing the label name, so it dissapeaurs every time I click ‘update form’. I tried in google chrome and Safari. Is this some sort of bug?

    Hey @nikki2020,

I’m not able to reproduce the bug that you’re describing in any browser so it makes me think it’s a conflict with another plugin possibly.

Is there any way you could right click on the page, choose “Inspect” or “Inspect Element”. Then look at the “Console” tab to see if there are any errors. If there are could you post them here so we could debug further?

    Cheers,
    Freddie

    Hi Freddie,

When clicking on console I see no error. Please find below my elements:

You didnt meant to paste whole huge HTML code of your page.

    Only errors from browser console.

Indeed. In console it only states this:

    > Geselecteerd element
    < <p class=”description edit-form-description-form-builder” id=”edit-form-description”>…</p>

    @nikki2020,

Without knowing what plugins or theme you’re using its tough to say what could be causing this unexpected behavior. Off the top of my head the only thing in recent WordPress history that I could think of is possibly one of your plugins needs jQuery migrate still, which was removed a few versions ago in WP.

An easy way to see if that was the issue is to install this plugin which will add that back into your site.

Let me know if that helps!

    Hi @nikki2020

It can’t be in conflict with itself, it can only be in conflict with another plugin.

Hi @tracy, As far as I know is ‘Easy form’ another plugin than Mailchimp form, right?

    Hi @nikki2020

Yes, Easy Forms is our plugin (and the interface you’re describing above) and there are other Mailchimp plugins in the Plugin directory.

If you have multiple Mailchimp plugins installed, you can deactivate the ones you’re not using.

    Thank you.
