I’m also sending this to Avada, but they keep their product updated regularly. Would you please also update your plugin? Thanks in advance.

  • Hi @willem-eelman-pm,

    Thanks for using our plugin.
I have checked this plugin in Avada theme and everything is fine at my end.
Also I am unable to open the link shared by you. In order to fix this error I need to have a closer look.
So please share the correct link.

    Thanks

    Hi,

What link is this? I’m not familiar what you want me to do. I need a sample of what to do.

    Thanks,

    James

    Hi baljitdhanjal & codyman71,

Well, our website is in a staging environment. Which means I’d have to give you backend access with login information. I don’t know how to make this reply private so that’s not an option I’m afraid. If there’s any other way to communicate more privately, let me know.

Our site is fully updated, and I had to create Portfolio categories yesterday. The options do not show, my screen is as the screenshot I sent. When I scroll down I do see the color picker, and when I pick a color the whole page background changes color. When I remove The Events Shortcode and Templates event the functionality turns back to normal.

The links provided are the links that appear in my browser error console.
I made a video to show you when the issue pops up.

I’ve also cleared my cache, so that’s not the cause of the issue.

    Thanks in advance.

Which means I’d have to give you backend access with login information.

Don’t do that, even for a test installation. That will get the plugin author into real trouble in these forums if he avails himself of that option.

There are many ways to get information a plugin author needs and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Plugin authors accessing a system that way is a short cut that will get them into real trouble in these forums.
