[BUG?] cant put xml version headers

    i cant put
    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”utf-8″?>

    headers in templates directly ?? the system shows php errors
    how to put this?

    <?php echo '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="'.get_settings('blog_charset').'"?'.'>'; ?>

    This is the best way. The charset then will match what your blog is actually using.
