Bug: Cannot add donation after removing a donation from cart

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a product to your basket
2. Add a donation
3. Remove donation from basket
4. Cannot add new donation as donation button is disabled via javascript:void(0)

This was tested on Firefox on Windows.

This could be an issue if a customer wanted to change their donation. Otherwise the plugin is great. Thanks!
