So when I go to Edit Event and I look at the tickets and in the column “Booked Spaces” I see the number of people that ordered that ticket, but the script doesn’t take in account that people can order more than one ticket. So if there are 2 orders, but 1 orders 2 tickets of that ticket, the number should read 3. Instead it reads only 2.

In my eyes that’s a bug, right?

I tried this one and seems to be working; do you have any screenshots for us to see ?

Ah, I see what I did wrong, it’s only counting the CONFIRMED spaces, not all reserved ones. But even with the option “Reserved unconfirmed spaces?” set to YES, the number still only shows confirmed booked spaces. The number left from it, Avail spaces, does display accurately, but then the number next to it seems a bit weird. Two different ways to calculate spaces are used?

    Hiya,

Are you sure those unconfirmed spaces are marked as confirmed since you changed that setting?

    Cheers

a booked space is always considered as ‘confirmed’, a pending booking is still not ‘booked’ but can count as a booked space when displaying availability.

those numbers on your screenshot could be correct depending on your bookings and if you’re turning settings above on/off whilst testing. which number atm for you is off?
