    Hi,

    I’m my Woocommerce > Payments settings, the “Mollie – Bancontact” option is showing twice. I’ve only enabled it once and hope that works but I’m thinking this is a bug.

    It shouldn’t be showing twice, that’s weird. Can you open them both and what URL do you then see for each one?

    Hey David,

    I think a bit more is going on here. Yesterday, I also contacted Mollie support because I wasn’t able to process any payments or test payments.
    Mollie support asked for login detail which I gave them and upon opening my site this morning, I have an error saying “Communicating with Mollie failed: incorrect API key or other authentication issue. Please check your API keys!”

    I’ve checked the API key, it’s fine.

    Weirdly enough, the second Bancontact option has disappeared.
    I asked them not to make any changes without letting me know and yet this happened overnight without an email from them.

    There are multiple causes for that error, it’s not per definition caused by a change by a human ??

    I know, I’m just saying it wasn’t there when I went to bed and now it is ??

    I’m already in talks with a support person as well about another issue so to avoid confusion, I’ll continue the conversation with her but if that doesn’t work out, I know where to find you ??
