• Hi there

Just updated to version 4.1.5 and I’m experiencing the following problem –

Some automated emails (eg. “Sign up – User Account Created” – although others too) seemed to disappear from the settings entirely.

Guessing this was related to the Additional Emails Add-on, I tried deactivating and then re-activating the Add-On, which seems to have resolved the issue as far as Default settings go, however…

… when I go to edit the Automated Email Responses for an individual membership, those emails (eg. “Sign up – User Account Created” – although others too) still don’t appear in the dropdown list.

I’ve tried creating a brand new membership, I’ve tried activating all emails in the default settings but nothing makes those particular emails appear when editing an individual membership which is critical for us as we must be able to customise what gets sent out in particular instances for particular emails.

Please, please can you get back to me on this as soon as possible as it’s causing major problems with our site.

    With many thanks in advance.
    Nik

OK I have been doing some more testing and it seems this existed as an issue in earlier versions too!

Same question applies though… why are the same email options not available for both default and individual membership settings?

    Hey @nikbond,

    Hope you’re well.

I checked this on fresh install WordPress and looks like I can replicate the same problem. So I reported this bug to developers, I am sure it will be fixed at one of the next updates. But until that time if I can get any hotfix I will update this thread.

    Cheers,
    Oguz
