[bug] Auto-show using selector

I use the “Auto-show box?” option with “Yes, when at element”. I use a selector like “#foo”.

If the page loads normally, then it works.

But it doesn’t trigger at the correct location when:
– if I refresh the page, and it’s not at the top
– if I leave to another page, then click back
– other cases as well, but can’t reproduce

Basically, the logic for detecting the anchor needs work. And the height of the page upon load should be taken into account.
