Bug after upgrading to v4.2.2

I’m running into the same problems. Can you tell me if it worked in 4.2.1? It might be worth it for me to downgrade temporarily while I move the comments.

Thanks for replying anyway! I did try it, reverting to 4.2.1. The plugin still didn’t work. It’s too bad, since this plugin is perfect and there are no alternatives that I can find. I hope Renetta will come back and have another look at it.

Thanks for pointing that one out. I’ll try it. However, I found that the way in which this plugin is broken actually suits me just fine. It moves the nested comments but not the original comment. Coincidentally, that turns out to be exactly what I want!

I just pushed a quick fix for this bug for version 4.0. Perhaps you guys can try it out and see if it works. Sorry that it took so long. Work has been keeping me busy.

Thanks Renatta for having a look at it. If you are referring to version 1.0.5 as the fixed version, I can report that it is still doing the same behavior. It moves the nested comments and breaks their threading, but leaves the original comment in place. I have given an example in this thread:

I did minimal test (moving a thread of 2 comments from one poste to another) with v1.0.6 and it worked. I’ll re-install it on my main site and give it a more complete test. Thanks for fixing it.

On another subject, is moving a sub-comment (level 2+ comment) to another post as a level 1 comment is supposed to be supported by your plug-in?

Additional tests (moving comments threads of two from one page to another) were also positive. To me, this issue is resolved. Thanks again.
