  • Got same issue.
Updates and website (whole including admin area) is not loading.

Removed manually from FTP plugin and is back. Installed, and not working again. Removed for now until resolved.

    Hi ezekielloves,

I made a mistake in our last update and I am sorry for it breaking your site. We have just pushed out version 4.1.8 in which this issue is resolved.

If you’re still seeing the fatal error, please take the following steps to resolve it.

    – Log into your website using FTP.
    – Go into your /wp-content/plugins folder and rename or delete the “mailchimp-for-wp” directory.
    – Re-install or update version 4.1.8 of the MailChimp for WordPress plugin.

Let me know if you need any help in getting this resolved.

How might I go about fixing this issue if I am brand new to this and have no idea what FTP is or how to access it?

I’ve lost all access to my site and I’m freaking out.
