    hi
    I faced the next problem
    dokan was work normally and I do backup for the site then I transfer to another host and I used the same files of everything
    then I restored the old database and the next happened
    1- all part of the site is normal
    2- dokan appear in plugin page as installed plugin but it is not working at all
    no dokan item of admin menu – and no front end page .. all functions is stopped

    please suggest

    Navigate to wp-admin–>WooCommerce–>Status
    Check the PHP version. Make sure the PHP version is v5.6 or later. If not contact your server provider and upgrade the PHP version. This should resolve the issue you are having.

    yes dear you are right it was because the php version now it works
    but I have an issue
    when I did the backup I got the next errors in all tables of Dokan and to continue the backup I must remove the tables of Dokan first
    so please suggest , I will copy here the errors lines

    Additional 9010 errors were encountered but have not been displayed to avoid flooding the screen. All 9010 errors are logged to /home/www/mega1.org/importbuddy/mysql_9010_log-p0zw1jzetdyxpu5.txt if possible.

    dear
    the current mysql version is ‘5.7.23’.
    does Dokan required anther version of mysql ?
