Bug, a message appears at the bottom of the plugins page

    There is such a strange thing, when the language of the co-admin is specified in the profile – Russian, then at the bottom of the page of all plugins, such a message appears https://disk.yandex.ru/i/ClNMR_Zh2IwbQA.
    If the administrator has English in his profile, then there is no such message.
    At the same time, nothing works on the page of all plugins. It is impossible to activate and remove any plugin. Disabling the plugin invites – everything works.
    There are no other problems on the site, only inside the admin panel.

    @romelirodriguez I used Zakra theme, and I did test website, I decided to duplicate my site to work on the error, but when transferring the site and database files, I got a new error
