    We weren’t able to find any communication from you regarding this though. In future, please can you rather leave a support request before posting a one star review. A one star review negatively impacts our average review score considerably and jeopardizes our plugin and business.

    We do everything in our power to make sure things like this don’t happen, but sometimes it’s completely out of our control.

    Grzegorz, Can you please be more specific with your support issue. Which translations were lost? What language? If you made changes to the language file and then updated the plugin, the standard functionality of WordPress will overwrite any files in the plugin folder. If you would like to keep any translations changes that you make, please send us the PO file so we can include it in the next release.
