    Hi @frontier1210,

    Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and seeing if it works? Have you also checked the console to see if there are any errors?

    i disabled all plugins and checked but its still same bug.

    I strongly doubt what you are saying as I can’t repeat this on my end, and if this were true I would be getting reports of this left, right and centre.

    Normally this issue occurs due to a plugin conflict, often with Advanced Custom Fields. Our free plugin is not compatible with ACF, however the pro version AutoSocial is compatible with ACF. If you are sure this issue is occurring when all other plugins are disabled, please check your Chrome Console or browser javascript console and let me know if you see any errors when you refresh the page.
