Thanks for making this plugin.

If I add the coupon which is available to logged out users and regular customers and then sign in as another role (one that does not have access to the coupon), the coupon is “removed from the order” but it isn’t actually removed. I get the following message:

Sorry, it seems the coupon “b2gofree” is invalid – it has now been removed from your order.

However, even clicking next to the coupon to “remove”, the coupon is not removed. If I try to proceed to checkout it says that is not possible because there are errors (the coupon).
