Bug: 1.2 mingus – link to setup-config.php is wron

I downloaded a fresh copy from sourceforge just to be sure. When running install.php and it doesn’t find a wp-config.php file, it gives you a link to the setup-config.php file, but it doesn’t point to the write place. The link points to https://technicallyincorrect.org/wp_n/wp/wp-admin/wp-admin/setup-config.php when it should point to https://technicallyincorrect.org/wp_n/wp/wp-admin/setup-config.php.
