    when I changed a user role to ” no role for this site “, he has not access to his profile and dashboard, but he can post comment!

    it should be like this?
    if yes, so what’s different between users with no role and contributor?!

  • A contributor would be able to write draft posts and edit their profile.

    As to the posting of comments, do you require users to be logged in to comment?

    You probably mean ‘What’s the difference between ‘no role’ and ‘subscriber” at that end.

    And the answer would be ‘Subscribers can access their profile and dashboard.’

    No Role is sort of a catch all.
