How will be working this plugin with BuddyPress (dynamic content)?
    I’m warried about:
    — Add Vary: Accept-Encoding header, and
    — Set expires caching (leverage browser caching).

Did you try the plugin? Are you getting any errors? Or this is just a question of curiosity?

I tested that plugin. My site is broken after plugin activation.
Problem with your settings in .htaccess file.

I don’t gonna use this plugin again ??

What do you mean by “Problem with your settings in .htaccess file.”? Broken site means any errors or warnings? I would like to get more info. on this.

Have you tried disabling options/checkboxes under plugin settings and checked whether it fix the issue or not?

It’s white screen after plugin activation.
I think you need check compatibility whith iThemes Security and Wordfence Security plugins on site whith HTTPS connection.
