Buddypress signup page?

I have added this functionality in version 1.13 (surprisingly easy to add).

Note it looks a liuttle ugly at least in my theme, so you may need to style it.

Thanks, but it doesn’t show up on my register page …?

two questions
1. are you on plugin version 1.13 (the latest)?
2. have you enabled registration under settings -> Agree to terms?

if so I am not sure what the problem is as it is working on my buddypress rego page here:
