Buddypress setup help?

  • I’ve been pounding my head against the wall for days and searching all over the internet for an answer so I hope someone here can help me.

    I’ve just installed a new site and using Buddypress with bbpress for the first time. Just when I think I have the caching set up correctly, I find something that’s not updating.

    For example, when I write a forum post in bbpress, the site should update the Activity page. But it’s not.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can setup W3TC to work with this installation.

    I’m using buddypress 1.7 and also CloudFlare. I found that CloudFlare broke some JS when it minifies java so I have W3TC minifying java and W3TC minifying CSS.

    I’m definitely in new water here in trying to make a more interactive site so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Disregard that about splitting the minification. Apparently it’s all or nothing. I know cloudflare JS was breaking some of the site function so I have to keep that off. So I’ll turn W3TC minify back on and hopefully that will work.
