BuddyPress registrations not appearing in log

    Hello,
    First, thank you so much for your excellent plugin — I literally could not run my membership sites without it! Recemtly (over the last month or so) I’ve noticed that a few legitimate (not spam) BuddyPress registrations are completing successfully but they are not appearing in my CleanTalk log. The latest example happened yesterday. This new member does not appear in the log. I’m not sure if they are somehow not being screened by the plugin? Thanks for any help you can give.

    Hello,

    I’ve tested your form and protection works. Maybe there were some network connection issues?

    Thanks for the quick reply! The problem is sporadic and most registrations are being screened, so I’m not surprised your test didn’t show a protection issue. I’ll try keeping a log of missed registrations to see if I can see any patterns.

    Please check your server logs for connection issues if possible.

    I found eight “notices” in the server log for the registration event in question. Nothing jumps out at me as a network issue. Is there a way to send that information to you privately so you can review?
