BuddyPress Registration broken in WP 4.1 & BP 2.1.1

  • My registration process is not working anymore. After clicking submit in the registration form you get;

    This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
    It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help.

    We still have the BuddyPress Template Pack (Version 1.2.1) activated.

    Can someone help me with this? Since these BP plugins were added a longtime ago perhaps they are conflicting with the latest versions of BP and WP?

    Our site is dead because nobody can register. S.O.S! Thanks!
