buddypress private notifications are not sent

hello, It’s a plugin I’ve used before. Very good plugin. I want to use it again with the pro features but I have a problem.

I need my users to get their email notifications via telegram. I have buddypress installed in my website. Default wordpress notifications work fine (like e-mail change notification, or post comment notifications) but buddypress email notifications are not sent to telegram. Email is successfully delivered to the user inbox but this notification is not delivered to telegram.

What might be the problem? has anybody encountered this before?
I’d appreciate any help.
