BuddyPress Notifications blank

    Hi, The notification counter increases but there is no notification text. I am running BuddyPress ver. 2.6.3

    Are you using of bbPress?

    I use BBPress as part of the overall BuddyPress installation, yes.
    This issue arose after installing the new version of WPUlike and activating the “BuddyPress Custom Notification” option. The blank notifications come from likes on the main activity feed.

    Blank notifications are caused by bbPress bugs…
    We add a hook to fix this problem on wp ulike v2.5.1. Please update to the latest version.

    Hi @alimir,
    yes, I just installed and tested v2.5.1, no more blank like notifications.

    I did however see a different issue, if the same person likes 2 or more of your posts, it will keep taking you back to the first post they liked when you click on “You have a new like from <username>” and you can’t get to other ones, so the notifications don’t clear.
