    In your compatible version many time better message full screen ans small widget not display. it only give scalton animation .

    i major face this issue when i login with user access how are not admin.

    also, i noticed that, we got lots of JS error in console tab please fix this my client face so much trouble becuase of this

    Hi there!

    If you are logging to other user account, the plugin needs to reload local browser database which will cause some messages in browser console and some blinks while reloading.

    That is not something I can fix as this is not a bug.

    when i login with other role user -> https://tinyurl.com/ys3m76kr
    i got error in consol log -> https://tinyurl.com/yrz4qgac

    i check it in old browser and also i change device.

    in you old version which where compatible with buddypress old version it run properly , but in your latest buddypress compatible version i face this issue.

    If you mean that plugin does not work for you at all, when you are logging into as not admin user, try to close all tabs with the website opened in browser, also try to clear browser cache if that does not helps.

    could you please elaborate more?

    becuase i do fresh setup in which i only use “better message” plugin not any other plugin. But still i get this issue .

    conversastion chat open only for admin not for other user. i get only scalton animation.

    i cant able to find what is issue .

    but i try it in other bowser even in private mode but still face issue. also i try on other device ,same result.

    you can try it with new setup of wordpress

    Hi there!

    That might be related to some of your browser settings which do not allow to use Browser IndexedDB in incognito/private mode.

    Here all working fine in incognito/private mode.
