BuddyPress Like external site likes

Is there a way to setup a way to add an iframe Like button and place it on another site. When they click it it brings them to your site, hits the login screen and on login it likes the referring url?

This would need to update that persons activity stream.

Also is there a way to hit a “External Like” button and it pops up a place where you can enter a URL.
