buddypress help

Looking for the best buddypress plugins. Need an mp3 uploader for multiple users. Ditto photo album and video uploader. Blogs for everyone as well as groups. Maybe I am asking too much, but I have been playing with it, and I think it is just great. I have two other socnets with another software platform. The more I use wordpress the better I like it. anyone help me with the buddypress stuff? Grateful does not even cover it.
