Thanks for reminding me. I’ve been neglecting this for while now, I had started an extension to enhance compatibility with BuddyPress but have not completed it yet. For reference, this is being tracked via the following GitHub issue: https://github.com/mtekk/Breadcrumb-NavXT/issues/94

I have an initial, very rough cut at a plugin for BuddyPress located here: https://github.com/mtekk/Breadcrumb-NavXT-BuddyPress-Extensions

Support for BuddyPress is going to be quite complex, and it will take quite a bit of effort to support everything BuddyPress has to offer. If you find any bugs, or things that need improving please open an issue on the GitHub project.

Sorry, I’m not used to use Githab. Can I leave a comment on here? The plugin works fine. But:
    1) The names “Members” and “Groups” in the navigation does not coincide with the names of the pages. For example, I use the Cyrillic title page “Пользователи” and “Группы”.
    2) The navigation is displayed in the sections for user profile (Главная > Members > Олег > Материалы), but does not appear in the groups (Главная > Groups > Тест1).
    3) Is it possible to use the sub-navigation? For example, Главная > Members > Олег > Content > Add New.

No problem, feel free to leave comments here as well. To answer your points:
    1) This should be fixable by loading the translation text domain and providing a translation file. The first commit, that you tried didn’t do either. I have since add the code to load the translation text domain, and a .POT file. You should be able to use the .POT file to translate the remaining strings to get Members and Groups to translate. Please let me know if this does not work
    2) I realize this, I just haven’t gotten that far yet. For the users it was much easier to provide that first layer beyond the main activity stream for the user. Though, it looks like I can use a similar construct for groups as well
    3) It should be possible, it just requires more work. To get feature complete coverage of BuddyPress isn’t going to be a single day or weekend effort (really its already getting beyond the effort I’d normally spend at once for something that isn’t for a client).

Sorry, I have not achieved success with the translation. With the help of the program Poedit, I created the files .po and .mo, called them ru_RU, and uploaded to the folder “languages”. However, there are no changes on the site.

Did you just name the files ru_RU.mo and ru_RU.po? While this is the default Poedit behavior it isn’t what WordPress is expecting (I just ran into this very issue, though for Spanish rather than Russian). Make sure your .mo file is in the languages directory of breadcrumb-navxt-buddypress and that for Russian it’s name is breadcrumb-navxt-buddypress-ru_RU.mo.

Thanks for the advice, it works! I look forward to updating the plugin, ready to buy it, if you make it a premium.
